We designed and built a tipper deck for transporting loose aggregate. The sides were constructed out of high tensile Domex steel for strength and to keep the weight down. The floor is hardox, a hard wearing steel, which increases the lifespan of the bin compared to other mild steel builds. Provision for tying a tarpaulin to the top of the bin was included, to prevent dust escaping during transit. The rear door features a two way hinge, allowing the door to be swung completely open and locked. This means the truck can function as a flat deck if required.
