We do on-site repairs and modifications to plant machinery
We will work with your time schedules so there is a minimum of downtime. Health and safety documentation such as site-specific safety plans and job safety analysis is provided and adhered to ensure the wellbeing of your and our workers. Our on-site team is trained and competent to a large variety of standards. We also provide preventative maintenance schedules to keep your plant in excellent running condition.
Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and more. Our certified welders will weld, cut, bend, shape, press and roll to your exact specification.
Our workshop is outfitted with several overhead gantry cranes. Our machines include:
MIG and TIG welders
3m guillotine, up to 6mm thick
3m, 120 tonne brake press
Large punch/shear machine
2.5m rollers, up to 8mm thick
Large capacity bandsaw
Line boring setup
150 tonne shop press
Machining
Our workshop has both the capability and flexibility to machine whatever you require.
Lathes and mills handle detail work, while our CNC plasma cutter profiles accurate components. We have the following equipment:
3m large lathe
1.5m precision lathe with digital readouts
Two 3 axis precision mills
Hyundai SPT V800 4 axis CNC mill
6x2.5m bed CNC plasma cutter, up to 25mm with plasma, or 50mm with gas
Transport and Crane Hire
We have a number of flat deck and hiab trucks available which are used to transport and install plant machinery on-site.
