OnGas provide and service LPG to residential and commercial properties, and recently have been expanding their fleet of trucks. We designed and built bodies to match these new trucks. Specialised racks containing 12 LPG bottles each are lifted onto the truck with a forklift at the depot, and secured with twistlocks. The rear of the trucks have a taillift, which is used when loading and unloading individual bottles at the property. The bodies were designed to minimise the deck height, and include safety sensors with a cabin alarm to indicate when a rack is not secured properly.
